Shipping Policy
Every order ships with tracking.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders with Priority Order Processing are handled first.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes 10-30 business days. During the Christmas peak, carriers can add a few days, so order early.
In cases of force majeure or unexpected circumstances, including natural disasters, epidemics, armed conflicts, accidents, or carrier overload, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it free of charge.
